Hey there, readers! There’s no longer the hustle and bustle of filming happening, but we haven’t forgotten about you.
As I said before, there is a LOT of material that was collected during filming that couldn’t be immediately released. There are a ton of fantastic pictures from set that have been waiting in the wings to see the light of day - such as these, taken during scenes with Catherine Hicks, who plays Dana Holderman.

Catherine Hicks as Dana Holderman speaking to the potential new Daemtech sales representatives, including Jerry, played by Doug Jones, second on her right.

Hicks was in Muncie for one evening to film her scenes as Dana, an HR rep for a company with which Jerry interviews for a sales position. The shoot, which lasted until around 3 AM, was understandably time-crunched, but marketing managed to steal Hicks from the crew for a few minutes to talk with her about her role. Take a look!
Also, MNIJ would like to thank everyone who came out for the garage sale on Saturday - no figures yet on how much was raised, but when it comes to this production, every dollar can make a huge difference. Thanks!
That’s all for now, y’all - we’re deep into post-production, but otherwise can’t give anymore details. I’ll be back to spill when I can. Have a good day!
-layne.

I am curious to know the name of the building that the office scene with Catherine Hicks was filmed in. There are two photos of the room at the beginning of this blog as of this date 8-19-08. The room looks quite impressive.
I thank you for your reply!

One little comment thats been bugging me for a bit… is there any way you all can add a link from the blog BACK to the main MNIJ page? Because as far as I’m aware, there isn’t one, and it just seems slightly bizarre to not do so. Otherwise, I’m loving all the posts, even though now you’re in post, its going to be fewer and farther between. Yay for BSU Alum’s!

Hey Chris! Our webmaster will try to get a link up on here as soon as possible; thanks for the suggestion.
There are several video pieces that are being edited; I’ll make sure to put in an extra word about the autograph signing, Shirley.
